i am not convinced yet that it is a successfully cool tool, but i use it more and more now that i have unpacked it from the blog folder.

i unpack it and start to poke at it and it does very little now. scrap that. the idea was nice though. it will stay in the folder for now.

i ran into these in graduate school. it is one of the first blogs i ever read. worth reading still. oh yes. literacy is an ideal, and one that is obviously behind http://www.globam.org/, the organization that juan cole heads. This blog made/ makes me think big.
