I have been doing a great deal of gallery work lately. They are wonderful, and I have learned a lot about digitization techniques, tip, and practices. If only I could someday be a part of an institution that has the money,tools, and situation where I could learn how to do truly professional digitization (library/museum quality)with an archive of whatever variety. Don't scoff, the whatever variety is fine with me! Not because I don't care about the subject or some subject, but because I would be jazzed to be a functional archivist for a fairly wide range of subjects. See, I am dreaming....back to color correcting for glossy photo finish and mid-range scanner haze....
